Guests can easily explore the vibrant surroundings, with charming pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep. the property is well, presented and offers a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom. Plus, the easy key collection process and friendly landlord make the stay hassle, free.
Parking is not convenient, with limited options available nearby, forcing guests to find alternative parking facilities further away.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Chester that was managed by 53 Degrees Property and it was ideal for couples or business travelers. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the city center and right next door to a friendly pub. The apartment itself was well-presented and comfortable for two people. The main bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location of the property was fantastic, just a short walk to the city centre and next to a friendly pub. The key collection was convenient and the property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed.
Parking was a bit of an issue, with limited options available nearby and the need to park in a public car park a bit of a walk away. The apartment felt a bit cramped for more than 2 people and the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful, well-maintained property in a fantastic location. The staff made check-in a breeze and provided all the necessary amenities, including a high chair and travel cot for our little one. The city center was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a friendly pub right next door.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better was a better breakfast selection.

Fantastic location with easy walk into central Chester, lovely local kids play park, fab pub right next door, co-op with fuel opposite, well equipped and clean, comfortable main bed.

We had a great value for our money at this lovely property. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the city center and there were plenty of local shops and a pub right next door. The staff made our stay hassle-free with easy key collection and were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been better with more options to choose from.
